Rhian Miller’s Bio

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”left-to-right”]Rhian believes yoga can be used to benefit many aspects of one’s life, physically and mentally. Having several years experience of running a Muay Thai gym in Phuket, Rhian has witnessed first hand how yoga can enhance a student’s Muay Thai practice. Not only through building strength and flexibility, but also through inproving breathing and focus. Rhian specialises in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Her classes are designed to build strength of the body and mind.

Rhian also enjoys teaching and practicing Yin yoga, a slow pace practice designed to target the deep connective tissue of the body. Improving flexibility, calmness of the mind and energy flow in the body are her objectives at the classes she regularly teaches at Sumalee Boxing Gym. Rhian holds a WAY International Yoga Teacher Diploma.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
