Rhian Miller

Rhian believes yoga can benefit many aspects of one’s life, physically and mentally. With several years of experience running a Muay Thai gym in Phuket, Rhian has witnessed firsthand how yoga can enhance a student’s Muay Thai practice.

Through building strength and flexibility, improving breathing, and focusing. Rhian specialises in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Her classes are designed to build strength in the body and mind.

Rhian also enjoys teaching and practising Yin yoga, a slow-paced practice designed to target the body’s deep connective tissue. Her objectives in the classes she regularly teaches at Sumalee Boxing Gym are improving flexibility, calmness of the mind, and energy flow in the body. Rhian holds a WAY International Yoga Teacher Diploma.
