Phuket Fit

Phuket Fit offers 3 times of programs, Detox Program, Weight Loss Program and a Fitness Holiday Program. The facilities are pretty sleek and modern with a nice open space gym that used to be the Promthep Muay Thai gym. The location is only a few km walks to Ya Nui Beach.

They concentrate heavily on fitness, lots and lots and lots of classes. A bit OTT in my opinion but its a popular fitness centre and has been around for a long time so I guess people enjoy it.

Phuket Fit Facilities

Swimming Pool

Phuket Fit swimming pool is located on site. Warmed up by the day time sun its a perfect place to go to relax after your workouts. It’s also where the Aqua Class’s are held.

Restaurant

There is an onsite restaurant right next to the fitness area. Opens from 7:00am till 8:00pm. (last order is at 7:30 pm) The Breakfast buffet they have for guests finishes at 11:00 am. There are also some books you can read and board games you can play with the other guests.

Herbal Steam Room

Each evening there is a Herbal Steam Room for you to relax in. Its located right by the swimming pool. It’s recommended using the steam room every day to help you relax and rejuvenate those tired muscles.

Gym

Phuket fit has an open gym where all the Personal Training takes place, you can go there at any time though and do your own workout session during its opening hours.

Phuket Fit is located in Promthep area, almost as far south of Phuket as you can get.
